4:00 AM – Departure from Shell Los Héroes, San Salvador.

5:00 AM – Arrival at Lake Ilopango.

5:30 AM – Safety briefing and kayaking orientation.

5:45 AM – Enter the lake and begin the sunrise kayak experience.

7:45–8:00 AM – Return to the starting point.

9:00 AM – Breakfast at a lakeside restaurant with panoramic views.

11:00 AM – Return to San Salvador.
